All was going well - nice room etc, until I took a shower - the water was cold. My wife called the office and the manager arrived whilst I was still in there. He ran the kitchen tap which had adequately hot water, scolded my wife for calling him, telling her it couldn't be hotter as I would burn myself. He then stormed out slamming the door behind him.
Clearly the shower thermostat was broken but after his reaction I thought it better to tell the world than him. more
