We just returned from a trip to Alaska, and the highlight of our accommodations was Denali Fireslde Cabins. Everything written about them is true, so I won't elaborate, but would give them the highest recommendation ever for anyone wanting the best place to stay in the area of Talkeetna. more

We only stayed one night at the Fireside Cabins but wished we could have stayed more. Cleanliness is one of our main gripes about many hotels, but this place was spotless. we spent two nights in the denali fireside cabins, what wonderful accommodations, the host and hostess are so accommodating and take pride in their cabins, it shows throughout, a short little walk into town, with plenty of gift shops, the train goes right in the back but the whisle didn't disturb any of us, it was so funny to see... more

Denali Fireside is a great place to stay. The rooms are large and well appointed easily accommodating the five of us. The hosts are great and the location is perfect, about a two minute walk from "downtown" Talkeetna. We would stay there again. more

This place was unbelievable! Anybody that put less than 5* does not know how to review while traveling. You can tell when people put in a lot of blood and sweat and that is what the Devore family has done! I love Talkeetna and I loved staying here for a week in July 2009. more
