We have been boating with our family, wakeboarding etc. at Lake Mohave for about 3 years and have always stayed at the Laughlin hotels. This last recent visit for just 2 nights, thank goodness, we decided to try out the RV campground at Katherine's Landing. What a disappointment! The campsites for full hook ups are located in the center of a trailer park in what I'd call a dump pit. You can't see the lake at all and the hillside blocks any air that might circulate from the lake. The campsites without hook ups are in a much nicer location. We would've moved to one of those but our generator was not working and A/C is definitely a must have in July.

When we arrived we were hoping to obtain a boat slip and just keep the boat in the water but no luck in that. So we attempted to park the boat in one of the lots.
