This was the first time in all my traveling that my request for a feather-free room was taken care of *before* I checked in. Usually I have to call down from the room to have things removed and foam pillows delivered. This time, I was told the room was already prepared when I checked in. Good job!

This hotel has beautiful and modern features. The staff was great! The food was very good. I was undecided about what I wanted for dinner and decided on one dish which was good but not what I was in the mood for. They insisted taking it back and making me the other option. No charge to me! Very accomodating.
