I stayed here for 2 nights in November. The staff was young, but very nice and courteous. Friendly too. The room was fine, comfy bed, windows that open a few inches and a good AC. The room had no lightbulbs in the lamps and the bathroom. Several calls to the front desk yielded no result. 45 minutes later my husband had to go down to the front desk and demand that someone come and install a bulb so we could take a shower. 20 minutes later the desk clerk came with a package of bulbs... more

Based on our desire to stay in Green Valley away from the city and "motel row", we then chose the Holiday Inn Express because of motel reviews. I had requested a quiet room on an upper floor with a mountain view and that is exactly what we enjoyed for our three night stay. We were amazed at the great price... more

This motel is a good value. Rooms are clean and the price is right. The breakfast buffet is not great but, since the room rate is good, it doesn't really matter. more

What else do you need? I love the Holiday Inn Express beds. They are as nice as you would find in a higher priced property. We were visiting family so we only used this hotel to sleep in. Looked nice on the outside, but terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE strong smell in the room -- couldn't breathe, couldn't sleep. If the smell wasn't there, would have been ok. Perhaps they use some strong cleaner? I suggest they check it out. more
