I am writing to inform you of double dealings from a bed and breakfast in East London. The Blue View B&B run by Fiona Vermulen is a nice establishment... but is poorly and illegally run. We had hired her 2 upstairs rooms for an agreed amount per month as we were needing a place for when we were in EL (about 1/2 to 3/4 of the month sporadically) - and had done so for more then 8 months. We had just paid her for the Month of Sept and she's gone and re-rented our room out to someone else and accepted our money for the month. Thus getting paid twice for the same room and same time. Defrauding her customers! She's hinted about doing this before and I clearly stated that that is not allowed... and I firmly believe that she's done this before.
