I have stayed twice at this Hotel, August and December 2008. The Hotel is old, but clean, Excellent location at the beach if you are on holiday and convenient if you are a business traveller. Service levels and staff training/attitude is poor. On both occasions I received very bad service in the restaurant. On the first occasion, arrived at 21:20, buffet dinner cold and most of the dishes were not refreshed. Complained and the chef heated a piece of the remaining chicken. Blamed the poor service on staff not turning up for work. On the second occasion during December 2008 arrived earlier (20:00), buffet well stocked, food warm but average. Aviod the meat, tough. Ordered a bottle of wine for us and after waiting 20 minutes we were informed by the waitress that she does not have a bottle opener.
