First of all, I notice this is listed as a hotel - I would definitely call it a hostel or backpackers lodge rather than a hotel! Not that it's a bad thing, I just think calling it a hotel is slightly misleading. We spent a couple of nights here, in a twin private room (there are dorms available too) with shared bathroom facilities. Our room was in a sort of outhouse, so we had to go outside to the toilets and showers, but that was fine, and the bathroom facilities were very good (good water pressure in the showers - always important!). Might not be quite so much fun in winter I guess! The room was very basic but fine, and the atmosphere was nice - very friendly, easy to sit round in the living room of the main house chatting and watching tv. You can use the kitchen facilities too - I think the tea, coffee and toast were all free. Really good value, too.
