Charmaine not only owns this lovely place but lives there and helps to care for her guests each morning. It is well away from the town centre but only a few minutes walk from The Boardwalk centre. Ideal for visitors to PE or to the University. The bedrooms and the whole place would grace the pages of Homes & Gardens. All rooms have TV and tea making facilities and open onto a small garden with a good size swimming pool. There is secure off street parking. Breakfast is a feast in itself and we cannot wait to return. more
