We stayed here for one night. We had a lovely welcome with tea and freshly baked cakes and were shown to our rooms. We had two rooms, one ground floor, which was secluded, charmingly decorated and large. Our daughters had an upstairs room which is accessed via an outdoor staircase, which again was very large and luxurious. It had more of an executive penthouse feel to it than our room. Service throughout was brilliant, the staff were there when we needed them and not when we didn't. The food was excellent, though we only had afternoon tea and breakfast. This guest house provided a useful pleasant stop over point following a long flight before our drive to the Shamwari game reserve. We also had a very good meal in Port Elizabeth at the Blue Water Cafe. more
