Excellent service at the front desk and at the restaurant. Nice rooms. Quite, comfortable and spacious. The decoration is "old style" but very nice. High Speed Internet access included in the price (but it's not so fast... about 500 kbps download). Right next to the Rosebank Mall. The Grace Hotel in Rosebank is a truly gracious property. The staff is wonderful, the food simply great, and the wait staff attentive but not overbearing. I couldn't recommend this hotel more whether for business or for vacation. more

The grace Hotel is a wonderfully staffed safe, oasis in the middle of the city. The folks at the front desk and all around are incredibly eager to assist and provide you with every comfort. The hotel is also attached to a nice mall that offers many options for food and shopping. more

A very small hotel that seems very popular with business guests and in the process feels crowded quickly. Old colonial feel and very dark look. Not a lot of variety for food and beverage. more

We spent 2 nights in the Grace Hotel either side of our safari in the Kruger and found the services offered contrasted in many ways. On balance however we scored it with 4/5 as we left with generally favourable views.
