I am attending a business conference and work for one of the best companies in SA.
After receiving our flight and accommodation bookings from our travel agent, I was quite interested in sussing out the place we were going to stay and host our conference....needless to say - what a lovely website. On arriving at Ogilvy's Lodge, the area looked rather dodgy but we where still convinced and positive that our stay would be as pleasant as on the website. When checking in, I was told that my room was nr4 (no directions, nothing!). Unlocked my door - what a terrible sight. The heater was falling off the wall, toilet running and the carpets were so dirty that I wouldn't dare to take my shoes off. ( I have some pics to prove this). I wouldn't stay there if they offered it at no cost. My collegue was escorted to Ogilvy One by a security guard and informed me that her room was neat and clean - thank goodness. Seemed as if they had just been built.
