Give this place a miss!! We spent 5 weeks in South Africa and this place turned out to be by far the most expensive and the worst. Service was terrible. Requests for room service were generally ignored. Front desk staff were quite unhelpful and even though they have courtesy cars parked outside the lobby, they refuse to take anyone anywhere... more

Was only in Joburg for one night so stayed here because of Carnivore restaurant which is located at the hotel which serves a variety of great game.
