No complaints at all for this hotel, especially when you compare the price to others in the area (short distance to Mandela Square). The breakfast selection and quality was good (we're both vegetarian and still managed to get a good cooked breakfast), all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was a good size and very clean. more

The hotel is located not far from shopping malls. Roomrate was reasonable including a marvelous breakfast. The staff was extremely serviceminded. Would definetely go back there. The bed was awsome and room spacious. The airconditioning was of a older type but did it's job. more

I recently stayed with the Westford and found it to be a great surprise. The rooms are renovated and have a clean chick look about them, Situated close to SCC where I was conferencing it was ideally situated. The restaurant has also had a refurb and looks great, the breakfast is substantial and offers more than enough. All in all... more

My daughter (age 5) and I (single female) stayed at the Westford Hotel (previously known as the Pembury Plaza) for a couple of weeks in October 2008. It is under new management. Everything was great.
