We were delighted to stay and enjoy the peace of Indaba following a stressful Johannesburg arrival. The staff of Indaba was welcoming and understanding, and gracefully allowed us a late check-out so that we could enjoy a leisurely and delicious breakfast followed by quality family time at the pool. I have been visiting the Indaba on and off for 13 years and am very happy to recommend it. It really is an oasis in the Johannesburg jungle and over the years, they have added many more facilities. We stayed at the Indaba after arriving into Jo'burg from Heathrow enroute to Kruger. Great hotel, rooms are quite old but very clean and sufficent for their purpose. We enjoyed a meal in the "Chefs Boma" the night we arrived. Breakfast was beautiful and service was excellent. Would recommend this hotel. More

The hotel is outside the city centre surrounded by extensive gardens and grounds. Felt like a very safe environment.
