Waldorf is convenient, being a few hundred meters from the Sandton CBD. The Morningside Shopping Centre is sixty meters away. It has a bakery, five restaurants, supermarket, gym and loads of apparel. This is a residential complex with a most dubious person running 2 or 3 apartments as Waldorf Suites Sandton. Hold onto your wallet as you are likely to be ripped off. more

The Waldorf's staff are great. They make the place. I'm a consultant staying in Johannesburg on contract for two months away from family and friends. When we arrived, they set up our PC's with 3G wireless cards & Skype so our cost of calls home is less than a local call cost. The Waldorf staff filled my evenings with things... more
