They fool you with the entrance... you think you are amidst a top notch hotel and the facilities look lovely and then they blow it with attention to detail and service (lack of)!!

Buffet was the same food (literally, on the same plates/dishes) from lunch to dinner. Very unfortunate experience for us - could have been marvelous but the staff really blew it.

Hotel is a bit run down, think they are renovating or something. Repoted a leaking toilet and they did nothing to repair - stepped in water leaked from bathroom in the morning... leaked through the wall into the bedroom carpet!!! Mold and disgusting surroundings in the bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable.

DON'T waste your money when there are plenty of other quality establishments along the Vaal!
