I picked this motel because of the low cost and the fact that I really like cool 50's-style motels. The two worst things were: lack of decent blankets, and the messy, totally uninviting check-in area. The owner seemed very glum. This could be a very hip place, just needs some tlc and creativeness. But it was great that they accept dogs and I like the hilltop setting. more
