The toliet was broken,no heat would only blow cold air, tempes were in the low 40's.Told desk and she was more concerned with her telephone conversation.The wireless internet they advertised didn't work even in there office.Clerk said oh a couple last night couldn't get it to work,sorry.The room was not very clean.When we checked out I told the manager of the problems and all he said is ,well I am sorry but some times she forgets to tell me everythig.We have been staying in motels since 9/17/07 on a cross country trip.We have had some ok rooms and some great rooms.This by far the worst room ever. more
