This is the worst 4* hotel in the world!!! The speedpoints (credit cards) at the bar were not connected. Staff didn't know how to charge refreshments to our room. Rooms are very small and lack basic amenities like a hair dryer, face towels, guest services directory, writing pad & pen etc. In the morning the aircon was not working. Television... more
