Less than a year old, this is a clean comfortable place to stay. Rooms include tea/coffee and biscuits. Bath has the basic shampoo, shower gel, soap. Nice large tubs that accomodate 2 people easily. Nice view of the waterfront and pool. Convenient buffet for breakfast and dinner with large range of choices.

The staff was friendly but not always helpful. Expect someone else to eat your omelet while you wait for it. Make at least 2 requests for coffee before you get it. Wait hours for an iron if the hotel is crowded. Internet service is free but not strong so you have to find out where the signal is and sit there with your laptop.

What we were most happy about- very comfortable beds and quiet at night. Heavy curtains block out all light. We slept very well. Plenty of hot water although we had to change rooms because the ceiling above our bath was leaking from above- maybe a plumbing leak?
