We went to Beverly Hills with my family and we thought it was a 5 star but it is a rip off. The bathrooms are too small , no proper shower , you find that kind of showers at 3 star lodges( shower head on top of the bath tab ) terrible. The food at the cafe is not edible... more

This hotel is very over priced. The rooms are small and need refurbishing. There are too many staff who loaf around and don't give good service at all. We never got a drink on the terrace despite chasing a waiter; and at breakfast the waiter tried to talk constantly but kept forgetting our correct order. The breakfast was always cold... more
