I assumed this hotel was in Joburg, but it is actually in an area called Centurion, between Joburg and Pretoria - safer we assumed. The hotel is nice, and the staff were excellent - they could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean and adequate. we stayed here for one night only at the beginning of a tour. the reception staff failed to inform our tour guide that we had arrived. male members of staff were sitting on the floor in the toilets on the ground floor smoking, even though there were no smoking signs displayed. the evening buffet was not very good. service in... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for a business trip. The hotel rooms were ok, if you were lucky... I went with several colleagues who had to change rooms approx 3 times.
