Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice enough ownership resort. Landscaping is very nice, and lots are paved and nice size. Nice pools and hot tubs; everything is kept up nicely. If you don’t mind being on the outskirts of town and like to roam out in the desert, this is the place. It is NOT on any waterfront as another review says, and is about a 20 minute drive to the channel and London Bridge. Many activities in park.

Our friends have a place here, so we were here to visit them. It seems like a great place! They have made some really good friends here. There are always activities for everyone to participate in. The roads are also great for walking. The pools were great too. We used the laundry and shower facilities and they were nice and clean.

This park was recommended by a dear friend and I was not let down. The staff were more than nice. I never laughed so hard checking in. The park is very clean. The rv spots are concrete and level. The club house is big. I would recommend this park to any one.

Our first stay at the Resort was about 15 years ago, Over the years the park has spent a fortune at making this the best park. Ideal senior park. Very well managed with a few pools and the main pool is heated with proper hot tub. Beautiful club house and lots of activities for all types. Clean clean resort with nice showers and bathrooms. you'll love your stay. Still have tons of friends in the park and they all love it.

We travel a lot. This place rocks. Everyone is very friendly. Very clean and sites have plenty of room. Most have Casitas or improvements. Very quiet too. A very active place. Get reservations early. Pools are clean. Security gates close at 5:00 each day. A code gets you in.

Most of the RV parks we stay at are solely because it is in the right place at the right time for the night -- vs. destination. And most of those, I rate as "Fine for the night" but would typically not return. Here's one where I'd probably return ... But I admit: We paid the $100+/night for a waterfront spot. But for 2 nights ... Well, it was worth it. First night, we were on gravel while the patio table they provided was on concrete. Second night, we enjoyed an all-concrete spot. Our dogs loved the easy access to the water, which was clean. It was an enjoyable stay. I'd return.

We stayed a week in April 2014. The park does not accept Sunday arrivals, so we checked in on a Monday, The park is an owner's park, but they do rent some of the sites. The park is well kept and the Wi-Fi works well for one device at a time. You can access other devices by jumping on a vacant site's sign-in. There are a wide variety of improvements to the sites and most are landscaped. At this time of year the park was relatively vacant as the hotter weather was starting. They picked up trash daily except Sunday. The lots are level and mainly concrete. We would stay there again.

If you like to stay busy you will enjoy this park. Lower section is nothing special but it offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Resort helps with several non profit organizations. Friendly staff and clean place Wind blows often here and the ground cover us a sandy granite that blows around-warning; never leave awnings up if there is a little wind

This is a 5 star class A resort for RVs. All sites are concrete and are large enough for your RV an auto and space left over. These sites are privately owned so most are well landscaped. You can rent from an owner (less cost about $550 a month) or from the office. The owners are friendly and very helpful. There is a steady breeze at the top of the hill and you can see the sunset or rise over mountain. there is a view of the end of the lake better seen with binoculars. There is a beautiful club house, pools, putting green and mini-golf course all free. London Bridge is about 6 miles south on 95 and Walmart is a very short drive north on 95. If you pay by the day and go through the office it will be more expensive, but I thought it was a wonderful departure from the run of the mill gravel, tight campgrounds. This is a terrific RV Park using any standard. Hint: If you stay there a few days and get tired of London Bridge drive an hour to Oatman which is a western town with borros roaming the street and a gunfight twice a day...great fun.

Very nice resort, very clean, friendly. However it is mostly owner lots, very few sites are open for rent by short termers. Advertises cable tv, but very few available sites actually have cable. Internet service is intermediate at best. The park is situated higher than most local campsites in Havasu...its high up on a sidehill and the strong winds blow continually...so try to stay away from perimeter of the park if you can.
