Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at this location while in town for a funeral. Although a bit outdated it was clean and well kept. Room and bathroom was clean and a good supply of bath towels. Room was also a good size and would probably work fine for up to 3 or 4 people. Location worked great for what I needed. Lots of food options within walking distance as well as a convenient walk over to the London Bridge area. I was probably lucky with being there on an off-weekend since it was extra quiet.

My FI and I are diamond members. Stayed here many times and no longer will. We were hungover after a night out and decided to book another night when we woke up and didnt want to check out. We explained to the front desk via phone that my FI would go down and sign the papers soon. It's a couple that owns/runs this hotel. The guy owner flipped out and shouted at my FI that he needed to sign papers NOW over the phone. I called back and told him we would soon. He then canceled our reservation. My FI had to go down and talk with them both. This was *before* checkout (9am) and they had our credit card and info on file. The woman then sided with my FI telling him her husband doesnt get sleep so hes always on edge.

First off I travel a lot for work and have stayed an many hotels from east coast to west coast. Never in my life had I Experienced terrible guest Service. In the beginning there was a gentleman whom checked me in when I arrived and was very unsure of what he was doing, I say this because he was very short with me and made my room keys before even swiping my card(which he almost forgot to do) then due to Company issues I had to use my personal card, When i tried to give it to him he gave a look a tried accusing me of fraud. Granted my company card and my personal and ID all read the same name. He went back into there back room and got a lady which was very helpful. Now I was going to leave it at that and never write this, But I got off early today and came back to the hotel. The maids still cleaning the rooms before mine, placing my do not disturb sign on the door I went into my room. the maids passed and never bothered me. I then get a quick knock on my door at approx. 11:45 am and this gentleman before i could answer opens the door and starts to come in (DO NOT DISTURB still on the door). I tell him to get out and he was like oh sorry then quickly takes off down the hall. I went to the front desk to see if I could get a refund for the weekend cause the job was cut short but because I chose the rate I did I wasn't able to, Which is not my concern, but when I asked why there was a gentleman coming into my room even though I had the do not disturb the lady stumbled to get out that "Oh uh he got it mixed up with room 117 (no do not disturb sign and already cleaned by maids) and when I Was concerned she told me he was the manager. Funny thing was this was the same incompetent gentleman that checked me in that had issues doing even that. I am so frustrated because I am honestly scared that people like this have access to all my stuff. All I have to say to end this is DO NO STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Myself and other gentleman I have stayed with have stayed at every other hotel here and there has been no instances like this. I have also stayed at the Clarion INN and Rodeway Inn in Kingman, AZ and would recommend those as well.

Checking in at the check in window we should have just left immediately and not checked in at all. The window was FILTHY. It was a Friday night and we felt stuck trying to locate another hotel for the night would be difficult. The room was definitely not cleaned to covit standards. Headboard had "dustbunnies" on it and lamps were dusty as well. Fridge was unplugged and when moving it to plug it in found dirty paperplate behind it. Shower curtain had brown stain. Coffee pot hadn't been washed, brown and dirty. Felt like we were going to "catch something." No internet. Shocked and disappointed.

My husband had to leave because this hotel was so dirty and felt unsafe. Door to the room was flimsy and fans set up in hallways to cool the place. When called to complain, manager lied and said they stayed overnight and “just checked out” Priceline pics are deceiving.

The worst i have ever been. dirty rooms, the floor wasn't clean for a long time. there was cucarachas at the bath. it's a family own hotel and they are very rude. no room service. they keep saying that they clean our room, and i told them that i have no clean towel and the bed isn't organized and they said that they housekeeper left, and he found a kitchen towel on his counter and he trough it to me. they wrote that breakfast is included but when we came they said that it's cancel due to the covid 19. it's still show on the website that it's included. funny that there's no breakfast due to the covid 19 but dirty rooms that wasn't clean for who knows how long this is ok for them. don't believe to the room images that they are advertise. it doesn't look like that. if you're going there, bring broom, clean sheets and towels from home. they did charge me for this ugly hotel $950 for 3 nights and they fake my signature for the cc. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay!

The hotel is in decent shape and the room was clean. However, the desk clerk seemed unhappy and crabby. And the breakfast definitely needs improving -- no hot items only cold cereal and pastry/toast were offered. No decaf coffee! The management definitely needs to step it up, especially for the prices they are charging!

Pros: Great location with quick access to the London Bridge, and also there are battlements at the top of the building like a castle, so that's always cool. The staff was A+, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was limited but nice, and the breakfast facility was clean. The decor in the room was updated and the bed was very firm, but still comfortable. We slept in a King Suite, which was especially nice because it had a big sliding door that led to a patio. That made for the best ventilation I've ever enjoyed in a motel room! The door had a secure bar lock. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, and cookware. The pool is indoors and appeared clean. Cons: While the bed and the sleeping area were very clean, as was the bathroom and shower, the kitchenette and living room area were not clean. There was cooking residue left in the burners of the stove. They were lined with aluminum foil, so it shouldn't have been too hard to change that out for a new guest. We shifted the furniture around a little and there was some unpleasant stuff under the sofa and chair. Some of it did look like insect droppings, though we never saw any sort of pests anywhere else in the room at any time. The lighting was pretty dim, and the whole thing left us feeling uneasy. The door in the bathroom was coming apart. That was a little weird but still provided full privacy, so not a huge complaint. Also, in the bathroom there was a toilet plunger wrapped up in a grocery baggie and a bowl brush with matted toilet paper dried on. It was strange and unsightly. The patio was a nice option for ventilation but we didn't really go out and use the patio because there was a large 5th Wheel trailer parked right across from us that looked like it might be there permanently, and it felt weird to sit and stare at it, even though the windows were covered in foil, and also the view was not really scenic at all, despite being technically "lake side". Wifi was very weak and not reliable.

I'm disabled and can't do stairs, I had made a reservation in April for a king suite asking for a ground floor but saw a price drop a month before our stay (interesting how Choice Hotels say they "guarantee the best rate" then don't!!! So I changed my reservation. I made the request again but somehow it got lost in the new reservation. (Of course) So we arrive about 3pm, check-in only to be told we're on the 2nd floor-no elevator! I say I asked and the guy says he has nothing on the ground floor. We went back and forth about the request then he said he had a handicap room on the ground floor but it wasn't a suite- no price change because a suite and a regular room were the same price-yeah right!! Then he got all upset and told us we could go to the Quality Inn so they wouldn't get a bad review! On and on it went until we finally agreed to the room. There were huge fans going in the halls (no a good sign) but no smell. However, the bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. I told him about the bed and he goes into his speech about how it's new and it's like the Holiday Inn. I tell him that if you're handicapped with back issues the last thing I want is a rock hard bed that causes more issues Holiday Inn or not!! The guy is a total jerk! The breakfast was adequate if you could step around the children swarming the counter hogging the waffle maker, as usual! The coffee tasted like wood-avoid!! Stay here only if you're passing through and get a good deal-maybe.

Booked a room for my trip but it got charged twice. After many phone calls, including corporate Choice Hotels they refused to refund for the 2nd room. On the last phone call with corporate they stated they would not guarantee my room so I had to book elsewhere as chance at no room was not an option. Even after not staying there they are insisting on charging me $698 for a room I never stayed in!!! Horrible management and Choice Hotels likes to rip people off. Ruining my credit rating so they can scam money from people. Don't stay there.
