What a fabulous experience! The hosts and owners, Thys and Renee de Lange treated us like we were long lasting old friends, and made us feel at home in this beautiful, BEAUTIFUL lodge. We had never stayed or visited Leaves Lodge but we thought we would give it a try as the website seemed quite good - it looked grand! We called to make a reservation and spoke with Vincent the 'host'/manager - we requested two superior rooms (not the standard luxury ones!!) and gave our Visa card number and expiry date. We hadn't booked Leaves Lodge and Spa but managed to get a room without notice. The house feels like it is situated in suburbia but is actually a few buildings located with excellent views over the forest and has a stream at the bottom of the hill. It also has a swimming pool.
