Stayed at Camps Bay Retreat Hotel for 5 days whilst on honeymoon. We'd travelled from Mauritius where we'd "completely" chilled out after the wedding. This hotel was fantastic. We returned after 3 years because we loved the location, rooms and views. Location, views, breakfasts and meal service were still excellent. We stayed in a Deck House with wonderful views but the cleanliness was not brilliant and the rooms starting to look shabby and in need of some TLC! This is a lovely place to stay. It isn't well known, and is often confused with the larger Camps Bay Hotel that is a 10min walk away. My husband and I have the most wonderful luxurious stay in Camps Bay Retreat. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us, the gardens were a treat and the food amazing.
