dysART guest house leverages a great location, attentive & friendly staff, and only 6 rooms to give guests an incredibly pleasant and personal experience. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, most with private patios for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing, and the outdoor shower is a superb touch! Located in Green Point, right between the downtown/harbour area and the beaches... more

This is an excellent guesthouse with nice interior such as african art, modern paintings and arefully chosen details. It differs in so many ways from other hotels: excellent breakfast, candlelight at night around the pool, friendly stuff, excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing and tours around South Africa and Namibia. The owners are friendly, ambigious and enthusiastic. Overall a great... more

The hotel is in a good location, its a 10min walk to the V&A, short taxi ride to city bowl, table mountain and camps bay. However, the surrounding area was not great. I'm guessing this will change prior to the world cup next year (the stadium is about 5 mins away) as there is a lot of building work going... more

We stayed for 8 nights in this small boutique hotel, close to all the nice bars and places in Cape Town. Frank and Lo, the driving forces of this chic guest hotel, made us feel extremely welcome. Every question was instantly answered and taken care off. We had the feeling that nothing was too much! Service was great; the breakfast... more

dysART is the sort of place we would give 11 out of 10 to, if that was within the rules. The rooms are excellent and the location convenient (an easy walk to the V&A waterfront). It's the quality , flexibility and extent of the service, however, which really makes this small hotel outstanding. Whether its an early or late breakfast... more
