We sat down outside the Mint Restaurant for breakfast and saw no waiter for 15 minutes, went inside, were seated, ordered and waited 45 minutes for burnt bacon, toast and a rosti that looked like it was bought frozen from a supermarket. From the gentleman that parked our car to the young lady at reception, we were made to feel welcome. Room was fantastic, food was great and what made the experience extra special was to be greeted by a GM that's on the floor and not too "busy" to deal with guests.
