Stayed two days at the Pepper Club. Definately not five star establishment. Coffee maker broken, poor breakfast service. Shuttles to Waterfront only every two hours and last one back to hotel at 8.30pm. Very central for access to Long Street, but noisy from night clubs nearby

“Great hotel, great staff, but noisy Loop Club a put-off.”

The hotel is great, and so is the staff, but the club downstairs is a put-off. Surely the authorities could compell them to dhere to sound limits. This could not in line with the city by-laws?The hotel should persue this. Ashley

Great location, spacious room and good food. The staff is very kind and there is a free van to the V&A Waterfront which is very helpful. Everything was great except for the water leak in the shower, which was easily solved with some towels on the ground.
