We stayed here for 5 nights and having spent the previous 6 nights in another Protea hotel we were expecting similar standards of service. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. On arrival we were presented with a double rather than a twin room and after being promised a twin room on the second day we were moved to yet another double... more
