My boyfriend and I stayed here (in one of their double rooms, shared bathroom) in August 2006 and we would really recommend it to anyone backpacking. It's affordable, great location - on Long Street which is where you want to be, the staff are friendly, the is a nice chilled out atmosphere...no complaints at all! more
My friend and I stayed in the Cat and Moose for a week or so on and off whilst we were in Cape Town in 2003. We loved it here. Its right in the middle of Long Street, and therefore the action, so it was great for going out at night as we could stumble in after a minutes walk.... more
