Stay here and you are not just getting a hotel room, you are getting a full one (or two) bedroomed apartment, complete with kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery etc), living room (with TV, sofas, chairs, etc), dining area (with table etc) and a bedroom (with acres of storage space) and bathroom... all in all... more

Really good location for both the waterfront and the town. Exceptionally spacious apartments and a very easy to use underground car park. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The only downside was that I did have quite the worst room service meal I have ever had . more

Great Hotel, great service - the only thing I have to complain about is the number of times a maid comes to change the towels etc. And they change the bed every day - not very enviromentally friendly. But very nice. Donot use the Distinctive Choice Cleaners that is in the ICON building - incredibly bad service, they wash clothes... more

Been here a few times on business and look forward to staying here. The staff and breakfast are fine and the rooms are spacious and really good - both times I've had a suite with a kitchen and washing machine which is really useful if you're staying for a bit. It's an easy enough walk to the center or waterfront.... more

Great apartment hotel, with fantastic spacious rooms; studio, 2 & 3 bedroomed. Great front office service, with a fantastic intimate breakfast served. Well recommended. If anything negatoive, maybe not as central as some re V & A Waterfront, Atlantic seaboard etc and also getting a bit pricey. more

I loved this hotel. We were picked up from the airport by a staff member and we got lots of good information as we drove to our hotel. Once at our hotel the staff was friendly and check in was quick. We went to our room which was huge with a full size kitchen included with a washer/dryer. Breakfast was... more

The title of this review is really the reason for my 5-star rating. True, the pool area is a little cramped, and very exposed to the howling Cape Town winds, and the hotel could benefit from having a proper bar/cafe area rather than just the restaurant. But the location is great (walking distance from both the V&A Waterfront and the... more

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, with all amenities. From a value perspective I think that it is sllightly overpriced in comparison with other alternatives in the cbd more

We stayed in Cape Town for 3 nights and wanted something fairly central. THis hotel fitted the bill. It was fairly tricky to find because we failed to print out a map! We had to call the hotel twice for directions before we found it - more helpful directions would have been welcome from the staff! The parking area is... more

We stayed for three nights in January at this hotel and we wished that it was longer. The room was fantastic. Excellent kitchen in the appartment, which we used for dinner one night. Good location of the hotel as it was 15 mins walk to the waterfront. Good selection at breakfast and the staff were so happy to help. We... more
