We have just spent a week at the hotel and had a fantastic time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is centrally located, with Long street just on the door and a 10 minute cab ride (or 30 minute walk) to the Waterfront. Fire and Ice is very centrally located in Cape Town. My favorite part about the hotel was its proximity to Kloof Street, which is within minutes of walking.
