My comment is only about the service provided.

My best friend decided to get married in South Africa and send me around the Garden Route (she is located in the USA and I live in the Garden Route) looking for wonderful and magical places for her to have the wedding at. Tramonto was on our list from the start and it was also the place we ended up choosing. This was thanks to the Wedding Co-ordinator we got in.

Prior to us booking Tramonto for the wedding reception and for the group to stay at, the service was shockingly poor and we ended up taking only the minimum amount of nights in the Guest house and opted to stay elsewhere for the week in George. Emails where not responded too unless you requested 3 times in a row.

Now with this kind of service why did we even proceed - well the location and set up was exactly what we wanted so we decided the ceremony and reception will be there and we will stay there for the minimum amount of nights.
