The Rex Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with spacious suites and a convenient location. The rooms were huge with modern, polished furnishings and a friendly staff. The room service from Dish was delicious as well and the hotel is within walking distance of the central business shopping area. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay while there to run the marathon more

The Rex Hotel's most redeeming feature is it's rooms, which are spacious and modern. Fitted with a small well equipped kitchen, a dining area, comfortable lounge and a massive bed they are large enough to spend days in comfortably. Stayed 3 nights in August while on the Garden route. Rex is location is wonderful to say the least - just about 2 min walk to the Knysna Quays and probably 5 min in the opposite direction to the main business area.
