The GM Ernst took a personal interest in our stay, giving us activity and restaurant recommendations and following up daily to make sure things worked out. Arrived at Turbine Hotel we where quite surprised. I had my doubts on how they would transform an old industrial plant into a hotel. I must admit that a great job. Highly recommended by the locals for the excellence of the food. We were not disappointed, a great meal, reasonably priced and not overcharged for the wine. The conversion of the building from a wood fired power station into a smart hotel and restaurant is very interesting, clever and stylish.

The Turbine has managed to get their mix of excellent cuisine and service, together with service, brilliant ambiance and a quaint history of the original old power station, just right. A must to experience.
