“One of the best weeks of my life”

We rented a self-catering villa for 6 nights during the April school holidays as a family of five. Included in the rent was breakfast and cleaning services. Having travelled around the world and stayed in a large variety of properties with different ratings Lake Pleasant Living is definitely right up there at the very top. “The Lake was pleasant but the service wasn't”

The room was luxurious and the setting perfect. The gardens were immaculate and the first evening meal was great. However when a large party arrived standards deteriorated. Very nice place - very relaxing with lake next to the hotel... Excellent rooms and fascilities... Very friendly staff... Is right in between an excellent drive through from PLZ to Cape Town and can easily drive (approx 2 hours) to attractions like Congo Caves, Ostrich Farm, Animal Zoo etc...
