The first time we visited Papyrus Lodge was during our maiden trip to South Africa in 2002. In those days we were delighted by the lovely views, the quiet surroundings and the nice cottages built in the dam. The pictures are true. They really are little chalets that sit perfectly over the water with a view all the way to table mountain. Our whole stay was pleasant and relaxing.
