the positives: lovely room, spacious and clean with everything you would expect. Bathroom was spacious and had both bath and shower. lovely grounds with lake (rowing boat) and golf hole. negatives: wireless unusable. breakfast was delivered in a basket (fine), but was very poor; just some muffins, half an apple and some yogurt in tupperware pots. poor show.

We stayed in Alluvia for a night, in the Clovelly suite. The best part was the view surrounding the suite, and lovely swimming pool next to the suite. We had a wonderful,beautiful, relaxing weekend here.if you are looking for a little peace and quiet away from the city,then this is the place to be. There is a huge oak tree which is ideal for a picnic or to read a book. Thank you Estelle and Alluvia :-) we would definitely be back.

Absolutely worth going there and spending the weekend. Perfect place to get out of the city and relax. Hitting a few golf balls, or doing some fly-fishing, all within 50m from my room. Will definitely be going back!
