Where do I start?!?
We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 2 weeks and weren't disappointed. The hotel was about 30 minutes from the airport. The communal areas were luxurious and immaculate. The staff were friendly and in the main efficient; a couple of times requests were forgotten but they were very busy and apologetic so it wasn't a problem....

The hotel is wonderfully landscaped with artificial lagoons and vegetation as well as delightful interconnected swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - all with verandahs and endless supplies of complementary bottled water. There are lots of staff, friendly and pleasant but thankfully not subservient.
