I was a bit afraid after I read some reviews. I wasn't ripped off and nobody opened our safe. Athough it's our 6th year in Turkey, this was the best AI hotel we've ever stayed. This is not a five star hotel!!! Dirty carpets with huge stains, not working lights in walk ways, bad service. Dirty walls in bathrooms, the towels look like have been used at least 10000 times. I have just came back from this hotel. This was my 6th times in Belek and by far the BEST. I normally stay at the Papillon Zeugma which is also a 5* but the Rixos is by far the best.
