Hotel and sporting facilities are second to none, however evening show entertainment could be better. Animation team were excellent and all hotel staff do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Building work on the adjacent Riu Kayaz Palazzo caused little distraction from what was a delightful holiday.

We have mixed feeling about this Hotel which we have just returned from. All Staff were excellent including entertainment team who made you feel very welcome. Rida and guest relations were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned and bedding and towels changed regularly. Carpets had an unfortunate colour and gave a dull appearance to corridors.... More
