This town has lots of good hotels to choose from so you should consider passing on this average to below average hotel. Unfortunately our guide, Tigran Babayan, was more interested in keeping to a budget to line his pocket then the comfort of his guests.
The location probably is not that bad. If is near the center of town and close to shopping areas. Attractions (e.g., St. Lukes church, beach, etc...) are a taxi ride away.
Hotel staff of this two start hotel are rather unresponsive but not rude. We were placed on a floor that seemed to be undergoing remodel. The rooms were spacious and clean enough. The bathroom was acceptable.
This area of the world is very hot and humid in the summer and the AC was not very functional.
In all, this is a very plain wrap hotel and probably good for a night for those on a budget. As I say, there are plenty of good hotels nearby and close in price so passing on this hotel would be a good option.
