Having been on many Sunsail holidays before this one, we were expecting a high quality product, only to be disappointed. On the positive side, the sailing was great as were the beach staff. Good selection of dinghies to try out over a large sailing area. The wind was not as strong as suggested by the web site but overall it was fine. There is now sailing until 7PM which is a major benefit. The hotel is clean and well maintained.... more

Club Phokaia is lovely. It's kept in fantastic condition, the hotel and restaurant staff are extremely polite and friendly and the facilities are great. First things first - we're Sunsail fans so bear that in mind. A lovely hotel operated in true Sunsail style by 18 - 21 year old staff. Interestingly unlike Vounaki/Antigua where the management team was on site 24 hrs a day even the staff admitted; they had never met the hotel manager. This was our first Sunsail Holiday and there were some great points but I am not sure we will go again. The resort is lovely, overlooking the sea.
