We stayed at Tonoz Beach for a week in august 2009. Our arrival at the hotel was a bit hair-raising, as our transfer company didn't seem to be at the airport when we landed (at 4am), and we were directed to a desk which seemed to be run by a completely different company, who immediately ushered us onto their bus.... more

We arrived at Tonoz Beach knowing that it was a budget hotel... but was more than impressed with everything.. Pool is very small but with the beach a 2-3 minute walk who cares! We were on the second floor (room 219) the cieling slopes down to 4 foot at the window,overlooking the resturant next door. No balconies,just one small window.Loud music can go till 12.30,so going to bed early is a no go. Bathroom was adequate,but smell of drains was always present. No hot water in the morning. Just got back from olu deniz and would like to say that the whole experiance was as good as ever.have stayed at the Tonoz before and would always recommend it .The Chill out bar run by CJ was as good as last year and all the staff made our time there a pleasure.Will be back next year and hope to... more

Well, you get what you pay for but didn't appreciate the drainy smell in the bathroom. Great location, bar staff/waiters were fantastic - lovely guys! Wouldn't stay here again purely because of the awful noise from the tacky entertainments. Karaoke guy was bloody awful. The rooms - very small and cramped, we stayed on the first floor which has a dorma type window- we both banged our head several times! The towels were changed a couple of times but the bed was'nt changed until the night before... more
