I can't say enough abut how helpful the staff was, especially Jose, in helping me arrange trips to Iguazu and Colonia. We came back to the Art House hostel because it was so good! Great area. Cool place..bar with live music..terres..amazing grafiti art..comfortable dorms..What really makes it are the staff!..all of them..sorry can´t remmember all your names!.. very helpfull.. so cool people especially Laura n Manuel. ´The hostel is in a great building and the private rooms with private facilities are in big, great rooms. Those that do not have private facilites are basic and cramped and everything echos so you hear everything so are awoken early in the morning and late at night. We came to BA after being on a bus for 20 hours and found out that this hostel was a haven! The dorms were full, and they didn´t want to split us up into seperate dorms, so they gave us a nice private room at a very good rate. The hostel had very helpful staff, we met loads of people... more

My Age: 24 The artfactory hostel is appropriately named and definitely felt more like a boutique hostel. Pros: - Awesome San Telmo location, centrally located between Calle Defensa/San Telmo Market, Avenida Mayo, several cheap restaurants and an awesome bakery just a block away. - Breakfast was plentiful.
