The customer service from the staff at the Duque was impecable, no request was too much trouble. The accomadation was superb and exceded our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful with our enquiries as to eating establishments close by. The also arranged for our trip to the football match (Boca juniors V Belgrano). On our very early departure to the... More

As other guests have said, the best thing about this hotel is the service: always with a smile from everyone (and I do mean everyone), and very accomodating. The lobby and common areas are very chic, and the rooms comfortable, but small (by North American standards). Some of them are also dim, due to the fact that their windows look... More

This small hotel is in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires, which is known for its restaurants. It is a bit of a distance from some of the attractions a first time visitor might be going to but at a fair price for that inconvenience. The rooms are small & the feel is very much like a small European hotel.... More

My wife and I stayed 5 nights and were extremely impressed with the location, facilities and most of all the wonderful service of the young staff. They were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great recommendations for eating places when we didn't want to goo too far, and information and bookings for attractions and help with a... More

This is a late review, we stayed in this hotel for 6 nights last October. It was an oasis in a very big, busy city. All the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. While our room was small, we relaxed in the pleasant lounge and common areas of the hotel. Our favourite was poolside, so calm and... More

My Fiance and I are really into boutique hotels. We found this hotel at a reasonable price in the location we wanted (Palermo). The hotel from the outside looks like a lovely converted house (which we later found out it was!). The staff were absolutely wonderful at this hotel, couldn't do enough. They took the time out to help you.... More

The staff is amazing--well trained, friendly, and helpful. The room was quiet, overlooking the back yard on the first (second) floor. The matress and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, with a selection of eggs, cheese, ham, baked breads, pastry, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee, and tea. In the afternoons, one can... More

We stayed there in April 2013 for two nights. When you arrive and from the outside this looks like a private house. You ring the bell and they let you in. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, they all speak excellent english so you won't have a problem if you don't speak spanish. We were in the first floor with... More

This was our first visit to Argentina and we chose this hotel on the basis of the high marks it receives in the reviews. I would agree with the comments about the staff, who are superb and could not do enough to help but not with the high marks given to the rooms and location, both of which are poor... More

Dear guest, We are so sorry to hear that the hotel didn’t fill out your expectations. In the name of the whole Duque family we would like to apologize, that you didn’t enjoyed your vacations as much as we would like you to. As you may know the hotel was built in a historical building of B.A. That is why... More

Location is in a nice neighborhood. The Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. The spa is a nice addition, although it could be upgraded with more relaxing chairs or a larger jacuzzi. Buenos Aires is a charming and delightful city. I highly recommend this hotel.
