Susanah and staff were excellent at Tiana, they were always helpful, from assisting to clean up a broken wine bottle in luggage to restaurants and other assistance. One improvement could be the quality of the breakfast, whilst a good selection, the quality of the breads, croissants and eggs could be better.

When i go to abroad for vacation, i prefer to stay boutique hotels. Because their service is better than the bigger hotels' service. Again, i was right for this selection. The hotel was well located and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed during my vacation.

This little boutique hotel is charming very well located with friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms french doors opened onto a sun room with glassed in gardens on either side. The toiletries were L'Octainne, quite a treat.
