We had a great time in this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complain is that the hotel gets noisy thanks to the traffic; however, it is a small price to pay for an incredible location. more

The hotel was centrally located a the corner of Calle Florida and Plaza San Martin. We were upgraded to the Jr. suite since the regular room was not available. The room was quite nice with 2 separate rooms (Bedroom and living area). Bed was VERY comfortable. Downside was that the window looked into an enclosed interior courtyard. Very little light.... more
